Questions we hear a lot
Do I need an account or registration?
No. You message us, we agree a rate, and we settle in person or by transfer. For larger amounts we may ask for an ID document — that protects both sides.
When is the rate locked?
Before anything moves. You get one all-in quote; nothing happens until you approve it, and if the market shifts first you simply get a fresh quote.
Which networks do you accept for USDT?
TRC-20 and ERC-20. If you hold USDT elsewhere, ask — most routes can be arranged.
